Privacy Policy

How we collect, use and protect personal data — both for visitors to this website and as a data processor handling customer support on behalf of our clients.

1. Who we are

United Support ("we", "us", "our") is a customer support and dispute-management company based in Belgrade, Serbia, providing outsourced support services to e-commerce businesses. For personal data processed through this website, we act as the data controller. For personal data we handle while delivering support on behalf of a client, we act as a data processor on that client's instructions (see section 8).

You can reach us at support@unitedsupport.co for any privacy question or request.

2. Data we collect via this website

  • Contact & quote details you submit through our forms — name, email, and any business details you choose to share (e.g. monthly volume, channels, message).
  • Booking details when you schedule a call through our embedded scheduling tool.
  • Usage & device data collected by analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and interactions, used to understand and improve the site.

We do not knowingly collect special-category data through this website, and we ask that you do not submit it via our forms.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
  • To schedule and conduct discovery calls.
  • To operate, secure and improve the website.
  • To send you information you've requested, and — only where permitted — relevant follow-ups about our services.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. analytics where required, marketing follow-ups); the performance of a contract or pre-contract steps you request (responding to quotes and bookings); and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, balanced against your rights.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use a privacy-focused analytics tool to understand how visitors use the site. It may set cookies or use similar technologies to measure sessions and interactions. We also remember your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then work less smoothly.

6. Third-party processors

We use a small number of trusted providers to run the site and our operations, including:

  • Form handling — to receive and deliver your form submissions to us.
  • Scheduling — to let you book calls through an embedded calendar.
  • Analytics — to measure and improve site usage.
  • Content delivery (fonts & icons) — which may receive your IP address to serve assets.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and, where required, a data-processing agreement with us.

7. Data retention

We keep website enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of our relationship plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Analytics data is retained according to the provider's standard retention settings.

8. Data we handle as a processor for clients

When we deliver support, disputes or outreach for a client, we may process personal data belonging to that client's customers (e.g. names, contact details, order information). In that role:

  • We act only on the client's documented instructions.
  • Each client is served by a dedicated team — data is not shared across client accounts.
  • We are happy to sign an NDA and a Data Processing Agreement (DPA); ask us on the call.
  • Access is limited to the agents assigned to that client, under confidentiality obligations.

9. International transfers

We are based in Serbia and some of our providers are located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where the law requires them.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and confidentiality obligations for our team. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly if an issue arises.

11. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email support@unitedsupport.co. If you believe we've mishandled your data, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
